My Lovely Boss

Sebenernya sudah lama saya pingin banget posting lagi di blog. Tapi entah kenapa setiap sudah buka blog dan siap posting terus tiba-tiba mood-nya menghilang. Macam Writter Blocked gitulah he3x. Lately sebenernya ga ada hal seru yang cukup heboh untuk diceritakan di blog. Ada juga seputar kehamilan dan pernak perniknya. Tapi itu nanti lah di posting tersendiri.

Terinspirasi dari blog My Stupid Boss yang super gokil. Saya malah punya pengalaman 100% berbeda dengan my current big boss. He's the best boss one could ever asked for. Want to know why? Let me describe all the be great quality he has :

1. He always say please, sorry and thank you when he asked you to do something (even when it's actually our job).
2. He created a program called "Employee of The Month" for 2 staffs in our departement and He himself provide the money for the prize.
3. The winner will be announced every month in our monthly departement meeting and he will pay for the lunch also. Isn't he royal or what?
4. He never asked for more of company's facilities. When he actually needed a big screen monitor for his notebook (he need this because he need to show some data and slide in discussion to others) he decided to buy the monitor with his own money.
5. He knows everything from finance to technical stuff. So, no training necessary for him (apalagi training-mahal keluar negeri, harusnya kan kalo orang sudah di posisi tinggi begitu udah ready to work ya kayak pak bosskuh ituh?)
6. He loves Indonesian food. Dari yang mahal sampe yang murah macam rengginang (he called it friedrice, padahal kan harusnya kan rice cake siy he3x)
7. He never summon you into his room, instead he will come to your desk when he want to ask you something.
8. His english is a bit weird since he is a US Citizen who was born in Taiwan, but he always choose the right words and we understand him perfectly.
9. He always polite to everyone from the staffs to janitor.
10. He always put a smile on his face even when the job load is crazy
